The Chatburns dreamed of revitalizing their backyard into a 3-season room and deck. They wanted space to relax, watch football and enjoy quality time with family and friends throughout the year.
Here’s how we transformed their home:
First, We Replaced the Worn Wood Deck With Durable Composite Decking:
Their aging wood deck had become a source of frustration. It required constant maintenance and lacked the durability needed for their lifestyle.
We tore down the old structure and rebuilt it with durable composite decking. After consulting with the Chatburns, we chose two types of VekaDeck boards: standard boards for the outdoor deck and tongue-and-groove boards for the enclosed room, which help block wind and insects from below.
Then, Our Team Built a 3-Season Room Fit for Relaxing & Hosting:
We then built the Chatburns’ new room using the Eze-Breeze System. Our team designed the room to align perfectly with the existing entryway, providing easy access to the house. The newly enclosed room gave the Chatburns extra space they needed for unwinding and hosting loved ones.
Finally, We Tied It All Together With Lighting & Safety Features:
Our team finished this renovation with details for added ambiance and safety. We added wired-in lighting to the post caps and stair risers for evening gatherings. The Chatburns also added a gate to the deck to make it safer for their children and guests.
