Turn A Deck Into A Sunroom For Year-Round Use.
For the Jarmin Sunroom project, our customer wanted to make a weathered deck into a more inviting and practical extension of the master bedroom. We worked to determine the best approach for removing an old, treated deck and installing a new sunroom off of the existing master bedroom. Sometimes working with existing structures is possible from a code and regulation standpoint, and positively impacts the budget. When it is not possible due to updated codes and regulations or wear, we work with architectural engineers to provide a clear estimate for the scope of required work. As a result of expert assessment, this project required that we build all structures. From start to finish, this project took approximately 3 weeks.
The Right Remodel Creates Living Space For Both Value And Enjoyment.
This addition created additional living space, and added value to the home. Furthermore, being able to use more of the footprint of the home year-round changes how a family lives. When you are in control of your remodel from idea to design to execution, you get to determine how that change will play out. Adding a sunroom in place of a deck allows for greater exposure to sunlight in winter months and more legroom for the whole household.
Polaris Premium Windows And Doors Maximize The Remodel Investment.
This sunroom was largely built on-site using Polaris UltraWeld Brown windows and Polaris Ultra Entry doors. There are benefits to both factory-built and on-site built sunrooms. This project worked best and most cost-effectively to utilize on-site building with quality materials. Expertise allows Heartland to offer the right solutions.
